307-690-4000. You can also just send us an email (go@wyom.net). We try and get back to you within hours of your contact, and usually get you an initial appointment within a week.

If you have insurance, to make it easy for you, we will electronically upload to all plans. However, we are only participating & in-network with Wyoming BCBS. To expedite, If you have BCBS insurance, please send us the front and back of your card by email or text.

Our offices are located in the center of Jackson Hole Wyoming, at the Centennial Building, on 610 W Broadway. It is extremely easy to find and convenient for Jackson Hole residents. They are on the lower level of an office building that services mental health, addiction treatment, and many other businesses (e.g. accountants, insurance, attorneys, etc.)

There is easy parking outside. When you come in the building, take elevator or steps down one floor,  turn right, and then turn right again into “Professional Suite” and have a seat in the waiting room.  The doctor will come out and greet you there at your appointment time.
